This year once again, we look forward to welcoming you to the Tortello alla Lastra Festival, a traditional speciality from the mountains between Romagna and Tuscany. Come and savour this delicious local dish, prepared according to the classic recipe with hand-rolled pasta, potatoes, pancetta, Parmesan and nutmeg.
As every year, the event will take place at the Festival Area in Premilcuore.
